When we bought the house, the home inspection revealed an issue with the boiler heating the water for the sinks/showers. It was not heating the gallons per minute that the unit was rated for. The seller paid an HVAC guy $500 to repair the boiler. The HVAC guy replaced something and said the boiler was running fine. Well, it was never corrected. All it needed was a good cleaning and service. Now that Paul came out and serviced the boiler, it is running the way it should. There is no more water heating issue.

I do not know too much about HVAC, but I could tell Paul is very knowledgeable and did a very thorough service job. He is an extremely pleasant person to deal with, too. I would have no problem allowing him to work on my boiler if I was not home. The price was fair and about what I estimated it to be.
